General Information and Ownership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Law 34\/2002 (LSSI-CE), please be advised that the booking services managed through this platform correspond to activities provided by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U., with VAT number B57135907 and registered office at C\/ Industria n\u00ba10, CP 07013, Palma (Balearic Islands). Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Illes Balears (Volume 1903, Folio 86, Page 40755). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These conditions regulate the contracting of wine tourism services (tours, tastings, and events). The platform acts as the official booking channel for services offered by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. Browsing and using the booking gateway attributes the status of user and implies the express acceptance of these conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Use Requirements and Minors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacity: To contract the services, the user must be of legal age (18 years old).<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minors: As established in the Legal Notice, minors under 18 may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol Consumption: The consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited during any activity at the winery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Booking and Payment Process<br><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formalization: The booking will only be considered confirmed upon completion of the corresponding form and validation of payment.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices: Indicated prices include applicable VAT.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifications: BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. reserves the right to modify conditions and rates due to economic or commercial circumstances, always respecting the price in force at the time of the confirmed booking.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data Protection (GDPR) I<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In compliance with GDPR (EU) 679\/2016 and LOPDGDD 3\/2018, personal data provided during the booking will be processed by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. under the following premises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purpose: Management and maintenance of booking services, handling inquiries and, if expressly consented, sending commercial communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lawfulness: Execution of the booking contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rights: Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by emailing the winery, attaching a copy of their ID\/Passport.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retention: Data will be kept during the contractual relationship and subsequently during the legal limitation periods for liabilities.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. User Responsibility and Obligations<br><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proper Use: The user agrees not to perform actions that damage or deteriorate the website or winery systems.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Accuracy: It is the user&#8217;s responsibility to provide truthful information for the correct delivery of confirmations and access vouchers.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-Party Links: BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessible through links on this platform.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All content (logos, texts, photographs of the vineyard and winery) is the exclusive property of BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. Any reproduction or distribution without express consent is prohibited.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Legislation and Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These conditions are governed by current Spanish law. The customer may book their visit to our winery within 365 days following the purchase. The gift cannot be exchanged for other services, quantities, or divided into multiple separate visits. Any special changes must be managed manually with the winery.
