In accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), please be advised that the booking services managed through this platform correspond to activities provided by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U., with VAT number B57135907 and registered office at C/ Industria nº10, CP 07013, Palma (Balearic Islands). Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Illes Balears (Volume 1903, Folio 86, Page 40755).

2. Purpose

These conditions regulate the contracting of wine tourism services (tours, tastings, and events). The platform acts as the official booking channel for services offered by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. 3. Use Requirements and Minors

Capacity: To contract the services, the user must be of legal age (18 years old).
Minors: As established in the Legal Notice, minors under 18 may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Alcohol Consumption: The consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited during any activity at the winery.

4. Booking and Payment Process

Modifications: BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. reserves the right to modify conditions and rates due to economic or commercial circumstances, always respecting the price in force at the time of the confirmed booking.

5. Data Protection (GDPR) I

In compliance with GDPR (EU) 679/2016 and LOPDGDD 3/2018, personal data provided during the booking will be processed by BODEGAS BORDOY S.L.U. under the following premises:

General regulations for gift purchases on the Winery’s booking platform Any purchase made through the “Gift” module is non-refundable. The customer may book their visit to our winery within 365 days following the purchase. The gift cannot be exchanged for other services, quantities, or divided into multiple separate visits. Any special changes must be managed manually with the winery. All regulations applicable to winery visits are included in the gift received.
